Across the course of 6 months we will embark on a journey of transformation. Beginning with thorough investigation of your health concerns, followed by creating a strategic approach to your healing.
Your 6 month journey will include real food, blood testing, personalised supplements and a deep dive into lifestyle strategies.

Between your first and second appointment you will organise blood tests with your GP (this will be discussed in the initial consultation).
This is such an exciting appointment, we will be able to utilise information from your blood test results to personalise your nutrition and supplement plan. All of your blood tests will be thoroughly explained to you, in a way that you understand and most importantly you will walk away with a clear plan of how to improve your nutrient status and/or metabolic health and hormones.
By month 3 you have most likely started to notice some positive changes, maybe it’s more energy, better gut health or more regular periods. At this stage we have built a really solid foundation made up of your day-to-day nutrition, personalised supplement plan and lifestyle habits. Now it’s time to dig deeper into your hormones, metabolism and gut health.
Months 4 & 5 are crucial to ensuring that you are on track with your plan. Together we will continue to make any tweaks and changes as per your needs. Some additional aspects we may cover include, though are not limited to: mindset shifts, advanced nutritional strategies, exercise and training adjustments, sleep.
This appointment is magic! We take the time to review your progress, day-to-day nutrition, supplements, lifestyle changes and any of your blood test results that needed attention. The re-assessment appointment ensures that anything which has been implemented has been effective both in symptom resolution and your biochemistry. In this appointment we will also put together a long-term plan, as my goal is that you won’t need me forever!
