I’m an online Clinical Nutritionist helping women with PCOS to reduce and resolve symptoms without medication.

I decided to pursue a career as a Nutritionist, after I was told 'to just go back on the pill until I was ready for a baby' after having no period for two years. This was my 'catalyst' life changing event that set me on a new trajectory, showing me how healing real food, lifestyle change and well-used supplements can be. 

Nutrition is confusing. Hormones are more confusing. Too many women with PCOS are provided with little else other than ‘just lose weight’, ‘take Metformin’ or ‘go on the pill’.
