The problem with most ‘generic’ solutions is they do not take into account your uniqueness. Your body, your physiology, your life circumstances are all unique to you and therefore what works for one person with PCOS won’t necessarily work for the next.

Nutrition is confusing. Hormones are more confusing. Too many women with PCOS are provided with little else other than ‘just lose weight’, ‘take Metformin’ or ‘go on the pill’.
