How a Busy Mum Who Works Full Time and Studies Part Time is Reducing and Resolving Her PCOS Symptoms

Having PCOS can be an isolating experience. Today I’m bringing you a case study episode from one of my current clients inside The PCOS Pathway. Kiara is mum to a 4 year old, she works full time in a busy government role and is also studying part time. To say she is juggling a lot of balls is an understatement!

What you’ll hear in Today’s episode is Kiara’s experience being diagnosed with PCOS and possible endometriosis at age 25, how she felt being told she would struggle to have a baby and the strategies she tried before falling pregnant with her little girl. Kiara also takes us through her experience in joining The PCOS Pathway, the first few things we worked on and the amazing changes she has noticed in her symptoms including: a more regular cycle, confirmed ovulation, reduced period pain, reduction in her insulin, improved blood sugar control, increased energy and more.
